It’s a long journey from employee to CEO of the company and it was nice I learn many things during this period… If we go in the past then we can analyse that there is no scope in online peoples hardly know about online platforms and peoples don’t have internet now everything is online.
We started a Software company and in meanwhile we are able to increase our work by some percentage and able to hire some employees by some social media starting posts and some other methods. But we are able to hire limited employees only. After 1 year of completion, we organize annual function and our event successfully end. But still, we are on the same line. We have limited projects and struggling to survive in the market. There are many companies in the market that are doing very well and establish before us.
Some of my friends told me to make a Corporate Video because he is also in a higher post in some company so he is also facing these issues and not getting the clients and decreasing sales. Finally, we decided to make a Corporate Video. We hire a Corporate Video Production House and make a video script like we highlight company services, what services we are offering and what are the facilities we are providing for our employees and our clients, what achievement we get in the last one year, what we did for the clients.
The concept is ready and we shoot each and everything which is possible in ways. We take some interviews and include them in a video mine also there. Finally, after a few days, the Video is ready for publishing. We publish the video on all Social Media Platforms, on our website and all possible platforms and by promoting the video on several platforms. Finally, our company grew 50% by making a Corporate Video. And we able to hire more employees by the video.
So, Finally, I would like to suggest everyone who is struggling in the market. Video Content is important these days.
