The golden rule is definitely bring a right back up outfit – I’ve seen talent spill coffee on the shirt before we roll, or turn up wearing the same outfit as another on screen talent. The safest bet is to create a second or even third choice to possess on hand. Bring a backup outfit
Avoid prominent branding (unless it is the brand you are representing in the video) as this is often distracting and may also present legal complications.Avoid fine/small stripes and checks (most modern cameras are okay with your nowadays but they are able to cause an awful strobing effect called moiré).

So, find what works for you personally and carve out some space for it before going in front of the lens.
